Our Company

Pacific Precision Builders, Inc. (PPBI) is a licensed and insured general-contracting company in Honolulu, Hawaii (BC and C13 Electrical). We are a design + build + improve enterprise specializing in residential new construction, remodels, additions, and commercial spaces.

Jon Mosher, the owner, is a contractor for 20+ years. Alongside his wife and business partner, Caroline, a Realtor-Associate with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, they work with their dedicated team to achieve client’s objectives.

In addition to a client-centric business model, we navigate designers and architects, understanding their aesthetic, functionality, budgetary, and scheduling desire, whilst managing and directing contributors to meet those needs.

Through architectural and interior design, we work to capture and interpret the client’s vision, offering unparalleled design solutions to meet their unique needs with thoughtfulness, creativity, and dedication.

Jon Mosher

Jon Mosher

Jon started construction at the young age of 15. In the span of 20+ years, he learned how to draft architectural plans, do masonry work, finish carpentry operate heavy machinery, build homes from the ground up, and create fine woodworking products, such as doors and cabinetry. Now, a general contractor, Jon’s versatility, ability to multi-task, a keen eye for detail, and a creative mindset are key assets to any construction project. With these attributes, Jon has created a large client base, oftentimes leading to referral and repeat businesses. Always seeking to improve and build upon his knowledge and experiences, he takes pride in his ability to replicate a client’s vision into reality and to bring together the right team for every project, small or large.

Caroline Mosher

Caroline Mosher

Caroline’s studies at Emory equipped her with the sharp intuition and observation skills necessary to understand the needs of people in a way that is deep and personal. This trait is key to her customized and personable service catered to each individual client’s needs and background. It also serves as an insight into her ability to strategize and plan out the best terms for any client transaction.

Born to Vietnamese refugee parents, who have traversed a relentless ocean in search of opportunity and the humble hopes to rise above the challenges, Caroline’s persistence, dedication, and passion in Life reflect those of her parents steel-driven work ethics and commitment.

Clients and friends who have worked with her describe her as Seth Godin’s linchpin– “an individual who can walk into chaos and create order, someone who can invent, connect, create, and make things happen.”

Armed with a can-do attitude and pit-bull mentality that keeps her focused, driven, and determined, she enjoys thinking outside of the box, finding creative solutions to problems, and looking at all angles to any situation. This skill gives her the edge in adaptability that is key to any process, especially when faced with adversity on any project.

Being an avid learner and professional student, with restless entrepreneurial spirit, she has a combination of 7 years of sales and marketing experience in interior design, staging, cabinetry, furniture, commercial and home remodeling, and construction business.

Whether it is real estate development, new build construction, additions, investment, property management, or simply a kitchen and bathroom remodel–these experiences, along with an extensive, construction and real estate market knowledge of property values, broadens her scope of service for clients in need of the advantage and valuable skillsets necessary to reach their goals.

Evan Wong

Evan Wong

Evan grew up learning finish carpentry alongside his father who was also in construction. Detail-oriented, and hardworking, he has managed various projects for RevoluSun, leading a strong team of professionals in solar technology.  Evan is currently the team’s Project Manager.

Tom Pollare

Tom Pollare

Tom has a diverse background in management and construction. A dedicated team player, and avid humanitarian, Tom is our Project Supervisor and will always make sure that a project is always done right the first time!

Chuck Denny

Chuck Denny

Chuck made Hawaii a permanent home in 2003 after residing 20 years in Seattle. He has an Information Technology background and transitioned into construction in 2012. Practical experience in the preparation process and life cycle from conception to completion of painting interior/ exterior and wood renovation of new, remodeled, and ground up construction of upscale residences. Dedicated, great work ethic, team player, and high attention to detail.

Hobbies include and have included mountain climbing, skydiving, traveling to outer Hawaiian islands, photography, baseball, extreme hiking trails, and finding solitude of exploring off the grid locales that ground me mentally and physically.

Kris Hearten

Kris Hearten

Kris is a hardworking team player with an ambitious attitude. She strives for excellence in all areas of her work. Dedicated to professionalism, she will do what it takes to get the job done, even if it means long hours and no lunch breaks!
